For International Orders:
It has become increasingly difficult to support International orders paid by Credit Card. Twenty percent of all International orders received are fraudulent and require manual processing to ensure their validity. Credit card processing agencies depend on address verification systems to ensure safe non fraudulent use of credit card payments. Our credit card systems can only approve domestic credit cards, so we take the strictest measures to protect against fraud. Only American Express provides us with the ability to verify International Credit cards.
For your protection, we require proof of credit card ownership for ALL NEW International orders. Before we process any NEW international order we must first have a copy of your monthly credit card statement on file. The statement must clearly show the same "ship to" address as the order. (You may black out balance or other sensitive information if you wish.). Also, please be prepared to offer verification of identification.
We require a photocopy of your current photo ID as well as the signed Order Authorization . Also, the Credit Card Authorization must be filled out and faxed back to us. Download a copy of Credit Card Authorization Form by clicking on one of the links above (Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)

We also reserve the right to refuse any orders that do not meet these criteria.
IMPORTANT: For international orders paid for with credit card, Aminexus will NOT ship to an address that does not match the address for the credit card. The order processing team at Aminexus will place a call to the credit card issuing bank to verify billing information before shipments are dispatched, and we will hold orders until valid information is obtained.
PayPal
Once you sign up for a PayPal account, you can send money to anyone with an email address using the money from your PayPal balance or another funding option of your choice. Recipients are notified by email that they have received a payment. PayPal is accepted as a method of payment in 45 countries.

The best option is to use paypal.com with a confirmed paypal.com address on file with Paypal. This is the best method because when you use Paypal with a confirmed paypal address, we do not have to do an address verification on your credit card. This security measure can take days to complete. If you use a Paypal with a confirmed address, we can get your order in the mail quickly. As an added incentive to use Paypal, we have lowered the cost of shipping and handling by $10.00 on all international orders that use Paypal. Your shipping cost, when using Paypal, will therefor be only $45.00 (USD) if less than USD 160.00 or 25% if over USD 160.00. By clicking on the Paypal logo below, you will be transferred to the Paypal.com secure payment site. There you will be able to set-up a paypal account (it's free). Once your Paypal account is established you will be able to easily make payment via credit card on the item you wish to order.

Send, by snail mail, a money order covering all the costs. Money orders will only be accepted that are either written from a US bank, or a postal money order that is accepted for payment by the US Postal System.

We welcome both companies and individuals. House Accounts are activated upon acceptance of a completed Credit Application. Contact us.
For existing accounts: Purchase orders are gladly accepted, Shipments are made according to YOUR terms specified upon opening the account, i.e. no partial shipments, authorized personnel only, no verbal orders, etc..
Our terms are net 30 (thirty) days, FOB Naples, FL, USA, freight is prepay and added. Account payments may be made by money order, cashier's check, credit cards, personal or company check.

Bank-To-Bank Wire Transfer for larger orders for entire amount including shipping directly to our bank account
Call us at +1 (305) 735-3421 or write us an e-mail at store@nexusparts.com so that we may provide you with our bank account information. When processing the wire transfer, please reference your order number when the wire is initiated. Your order will be processed after the wire is received and verified.
Western Union
How to use Quick Pay
1. Simply visit your local Western Union location (check your local telephone directory) and tell them you would like to make a Quick Pay transaction.
2. Complete the BLUE form, which asks for your name and address as well as the name and code city/locale for our company. Please use your home telephone number as your account number. Our code city/locale is: NAPLES, FL.
3. Hand the Western Union agent your BLUE form, your payment, plus a small transaction fee. Your Western Unionagent will send your payment electronically and provide you with a receipt. Within minutes, your payment will be recorded at our offices. And that's all there is to it!
Pay in Local Currency
Paying overseas? Simply pay in local currency to your Western Union agent, and Western Union handles any required currency conversion.
